Be the heartbeat of our kitchen. As a Pizza Maker at Via 313, you'll be responsible for crafting our signature Detroit-style pizzas with precision and pride. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where quality is non-negotiable and teamwork is everything.

• Prepare and bake Detroit-style pizzas to exact recipe specifications
• Manage prep work including dough stretching, topping station setup, and sauce portioning
• Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards throughout every shift
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and fellow kitchen staff during rushes
• Prior pizza or line cook experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right candidate

Lead a shift, inspire a team. As a Shift Supervisor at Via 313, you'll oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You'll be the go-to person on duty — someone who leads by example and keeps the energy positive.

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Coach and support team members to maintain service and quality standards
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a supervisory restaurant role required

Be the face of Via 313. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors feels at home. Great energy and genuine hospitality are what we're looking for — experience is a bonus.

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our menu with enthusiasm
• Take orders accurately using our POS system and communicate them to the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and front counter throughout the shift
• Handle transactions, process orders, and assist with to-go and delivery coordination
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings is a plus

Deliver Detroit-style happiness across Austin. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the final touchpoint in our guest experience — making sure every order arrives hot, on time, and with a smile. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers across the Austin area
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
• Verify order accuracy before each delivery and handle cash or card payments when applicable
• Communicate with the store team about delivery status and any issues
• Valid TX driver's license, clean driving record, and smartphone required

Turn events into unforgettable Via 313 experiences. You'll manage catering inquiries, coordinate large orders, liaise with corporate clients, and ensure every off-site event runs flawlessly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Handle inbound catering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers
• Coordinate logistics with the kitchen team to ensure large orders are prepared on time
• Track orders, generate quotes, process invoices, and follow up post-event
• Experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning strongly preferred
